NEEDS

1; Honey (4 tablespoons)

2; Aloe Vera gel (1/2 cup)

3; Rosemary Essential Oil (30 drops)

4; Apple Cider Vinegar (4 tablespoons)

5; Blender or any mixing tool

HOW TO MAKE YOUR SHAMPOO

Take your aloe vera gel about half a cup in a mixing container, then take your prepared honey (especially raw honey if you'll find it) the amount of 4 tablespoons of food, also take with your apple cider vinegar the amount of 4 tablespoons of food. Then all together mix them together to get the same combination.

After that put 30 drops of rosemary oil to give your shampoo a good scent. But you can also use any essential oil based on the fragrance you like, you are completely free to do so, as there are some you find their scents are very sensitive to some essential oils.

So with that in mind, choose essential oil that you don't have allegy with as long as it is safe for human consumption but also, at least that essential oil you choose have the benefits not only of smell but the benefits in improving the health of your hair.

Once you have finished adding those 30 drops of essential oil, blend the mixture again to make it essential oil compounds and fragrance to dip into other shampoo materials that used.

If you don't have a blender, you can mix your materials by hand only. But the most important thing is to focus on hygiene and safety when you do your mix. For some pure essential oils can cause skin irritation if they come into contact with the skin directly.

My recommendation to you is to wear gloves that will protect you from some of the effects that can be caused by direct contact between skin and pure essential oil (oil that didn't mix with career oil or water, the oil which aren't diluted).

THE IMPORTANCE OF MATERIALS USED IN THIS SHAMPOO

A;  ALOE VERA

Aloe Vera is one of the most important plants in the medical industry especially natural remedies.

This is due to its properties and natural chemical compounds that founds within the plant.

Aloe Vera is packed with natural nutrients and if used, it make significant progress in human health both internally and externally.

It is said that aloe vera contains 240 potential health and nutritional agents including;-

1; Minerals

Minerals such as copper, calcium, iron, chrome, potassium, chromium, selenium, manganese, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, zinc, and so many others just a few to mention.

Minerals such as selenium and copper generally manage the boosting hair thickness unit.

Iron in its place helps to strengthen blood circulation in the body's cells, including those hair growth cells.

Zinc also helps hair to grow and to repair the damaged hair tissue, and boosting the hair thickness.

Let's note that iron in the body plays a single role in carrying oxygen that is used in transporting blood from one place to another.

But should also know that the blood is the one that transports various nutrients and makes the body in its healthier and more efficient state.

Minerals generally play a role in hair growth. Hair growing, sleek, shiny, enlightening, and even pleasant brings the health due to the presence of various nutrients in the hair diet.

You may have used a lot of shampoo, conditioners and even a few treatments but still don't get the results you expected. This largely depends on what material is used in making those hair products you use.

2; Vitamins

Also aloe vera contains some vitamins such as vitamin A, C, E, B1,B2,B3,B5,B6,B12, kolin, folate, and choline.

For example, biotin helps to make the body's digestive processes, so that the body can acquire essential nutrients such as fats, carbs, protein and amino acids for the purpose of maintaining the general health of the hair and hair strength at all.

Vitamin A is generally the most needed to enable the body's cells to grow, including hair cells. So without vitamin A the cell growth will be a riddle. That's true!

B-vitamins such as B1,B2,B3,B5,B6,B12, are responsible for preventing the occurrence of hair loss and dandruff challenges. But B-nutrients, especially vitamin B5, also help to strengthen your hair strength.

Vitamin C and vitamin E in it, contain antioxidants that are the key to protecting hair so that they are not damaged by free radicals that can lead to a variety of health challenges including cancer.

3; Natural compounds

Aloe vera also are enrich plant of so many natural healing compounds like gibberellins, glucomannan, and mannose compound that a enrich in polysaccharide.

Polysaccharides are one among the large molecule, and formed by simple sugar known as Monosaccharides that tend to binded by enzymes to make large sugar that is polymers commonly known as polysaccharides.

These polysaccharides are responsible for maintaining excess energy for the use of cells and tissues to make them achieve its performance at its best.

Let's remember that, when we talk about any development within the body whether the failure or ability of the body to get results, is the function and quality of cells and tissue.

So even here when we talk about hair growth and hair health in general it's like talking about hair cells and tissues who are the main actors in improving hair health.

4; Natural acids

In its potentiality, aloe vera also contain natural acid like Amino acid, fatty acids, alanine acid, arginine acid, asparagines acid, glycine acid, proline acid and so many natural acids.

B; BENEFITS OF HONEY IN HAIR

1; Hair growth and scalp repairing

Hair growth is largely dependent on the scalp condition as the scalp is what makes the hair feel good. If the scalp is damaged then even the hair will be damaged also to some extent.

Honey plays a major role in treating wounds and injuries that are present in the scalp, ulcers and injuries that are largely caused by the poor use of chemical shampoo and conditioners that have burned the head skin.

Honey can play that role because of the nutrient that promotes cell growth, where those cells are the ones that repair and restall the scalp, and hairs which are belongs to the scalp.

2; Honey protects hair from breaking

There are a lot of things that can cause the hair to swell. One of these things is the lack of essential nutrients in the hair such as protein.

Protein helps the hair soften and makes them wet enough to avoid irritation, which causes hair to break down easily.

Protein restoring weak and brittle hair by adding more structure and strength. This work is not done by protein alone! But by connecting with vitamins and minerals found in honey, but the protein as a main agent.

3; Adding hair moisture

Moisture is very important in hair again especially for those with dry hair. This is due to the presence of humectants properties in honey. These humectants when it meets water create moisture.

4; Hair shining

Due to honey's ability to increase hair scalp, hair makes it easier to be in a better and brighter look compared to the dry hair.

Even if you take an example in the skin you will agree with me that, in order for the skin to grow it must have a scalp. It will be an ancient myth if you rely on a glow in dry skin! And this is the case in the hair.

That is, in order for hair to grow and shine it needs its food, and honey is one of the most important foods for hair.

5; Honey is also a cure

There are some skin diseases that deprive the hair through exploiting the nutrients that should have been used for skin and hair cells and tissues.

Diseases such as psoriasis and eczema have a very high potential to affect the scalp, and as I have already said, if the scalp is affected then even the hair will be in a danger situation to be damaged.

Honey can play this role in preventing and stopping the spread of these diseases due to its antioxidants properties .

And it is good to know that antioxidants are the positive effects in the fight against inflammation of psoriasis and eczema.

Due to the presence of large challenges in scalp due to testosterone-derived hair exposure who is the main agent in causing hair loss challenge.

Rosemary is very helpful in stimulating damaged, broken hair and even stunted due to this hair loss problem, as rosemary plant has natural chemical compounds that against hair loss development as well as itchy scalp.

3; Healing damaged nerve tissue

Some scientific studies have shown that rosemary plant has the potential to heal and give life to the nerve tissue of the scalp. This is due to the presence of carnosic acid in this area. This ability significantly results in the scalp tissue rejuvenating process.

D; APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

It is an ingredient derived from apple juice. This juice is added to the bacteria and yeast to convert the sugar inside the apple juice from the syrup to the alcohol state. After that point, the final fermination process follows so as to convert the alcohol into vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar has several benefits in hair, few of many include;-

1; To stimulate a healthy scalp

The best health of something or a person comes from the absence of any parasite that can sniff out nutrients that are essentially not prepared for that parasite.

Apple cider vinegar is packed with many anti-fungal as well as antibacterial properties that primarily work to treat scalp when parasites have invaded the area.

And as I have mentioned before, hair health depends heavily on the health of the scalp. Therefore, if the scalp is affected, even the hair will be in a fear and therefore unable to thrive at its best.

2; Prevent dandruff formation

Apple cider vinegar through its healing properties has a great ability to destroy the yeast to form dandruff program. It is a very clear fact that the scalp causes significant discomfort in scalp health and general hair as well.

You can't have peace of heart if you have a head scarf! For anyone who has ever encountered dandruff schizophrenia, she knows how stressful they are, especially with hair that is not washed with shampoo, or hair that is not properly washed.

You may be washing your hair straight, but it still bothers you. This is due to the failure to remove the fossils of the oil and eczema that creates a high temperature in the scalp. This movement is the main cause of the stagnation.

3; Hair softener and shiner

Apple cider vinegar helps the hair to be sleek, sleek and sleek due to its great ability to wrap the scalp scalp to keep the scalp in check. The presence of scalp in the scalp and hair in general, is what makes the hair stronger against cutouts.
